We take an “earn as you learn” approach, offering our students paid, on-the-job experience with contractor sponsors in addition to classroom instruction. In our 4-year Journeyman Plumbing Apprenticeship Program, you’ll receive over 600 hours of classroom instruction and accumulate more than 8,000 hours of paid on-the-job experience on your way to earning your PHCC Journeyman Card.
Our seven-month Entry-Level HVAC Program is perfect for those looking to start a career in the HVAC industry. Hands-on instruction from industry professionals will prepare you to perform residential and light commercial work confidently.
This course prepares you for the Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester Exam. Our certification course will teach you everything you need to know.
Need to earn or renew your RRP certificate? This 8-hour course will enable you to work safely and confidently around potential lead contamination.

Eligibility: Plumbing or HVAC student. The Foundation prioritizes roofing industry apprentices.
Enrollment Open January – April (of calendar year)
Eligibility: Currently enrolled or enrolling in a plumbing apprenticeship program. Working full-time for a licensed plumbing contractor who is a member of the PHCC National Association.
Enrollment Open January – May (of calendar year)
Eligibility: Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited four or five-year plumbing apprenticeship program and work full-time for a licensed plumbing contractor.
Enrollment Open March – June (of calendar year)
Eligibility: Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited HVAC Program.
